Minimum order is $20.00. Below that the postage costs more than the cards make, and I would rather say so than quietly pad the price.
How it is packed
Penny sleeve, toploader, cardboard, bubble mailer. Over $100 goes rigid and tracked at no extra cost. Sealed is double-boxed. Never a plain envelope — it saves two dollars and risks the order.
When it goes out
Held 48 hours for payment. Once the e-transfer clears it goes out that day, or the next morning if it's late. Tracking follows as soon as there is one.
Local pickup
Free pickup around Fort Langley — we meet somewhere public, usually a game shop.
If something is wrong
Wrong printing, worse than graded, or damaged in transit — send a photo within seven days and I refund or replace it and cover return postage. No argument, no restocking fee. Refunds come back by e-transfer, usually same day.
What I can't do is take a card back because the deck changed. Singles move on market price and that isn't a risk I can carry for someone else.
Lost in the post
Tracked parcels that stop moving for ten days count as lost and I replace or refund them. Untracked, I'll do the same once as goodwill — for anything valuable, take tracked.
